CBL HOSTS SADC
STRATEGIC HUMAN RESOURCES ISSUES WORKSHOP |
A regional workshop on Strategic Human Resources
(HR) Issues was held at Lehakoe Cultural &
Recreational Centre in Maseru in October, 2004.
Delegates were SADC Central Banks of Angola,
Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique,
Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia and
Zimbabwe. The workshop was organized under the
auspices of SADC Training & Development Forum, which
co-sponsored with the Bank of England. The latter
also provided resource persons and training
materials.
Topics discussed at the workshop include;

Recruitment Strategy & Selection Process
Job Evaluation
Performance Management
Career Development
Succession Planning
Lesotho delegates were Mesdames M. Molekane, M.
Mefane and Mr P.
Phohleli of the Central Bank of Lesotho.
