All people that invested in Millennium Goal Society are invited to take cognisance of the following important notice:

1. In accordance with the High Court of Lesotho Order dated 18^th November 2009, a distribution of what remains of their investments with Millennium Goal Society will be made to them, on week days between 9^th December 2009 and 18^th December 2009, at ’Manthabiseng Convention Centre, starting at 08h00 and end at 17h00.

2.       Investors whose documents were verified in June/July 2008 by PricewaterhouseCoopers and who provided their banking details at that time do not need to come as payment will be made directly into their bank accounts before 9^th December 2009.

3.       Investors whose documents were verified in June/July 2008 by PricewaterhouseCoopers but who did not have bank accounts are still expected to present themselves for distribution. They must bring along original Identity documents and original Investment Certificates and receipts. They will be paid by cheque.

4.      Investors that did not undergo the verification exercise in June/July 2008 will also be paid by cheque. They must bring along original identity documents and original Investment Certificates and receipts relating to all payments made by them to Millennium Goal Society.
