The public is hereby informed that the Central Bank of
Lesotho has revoked the Banking License of Kish City
Bank, with effect from 1st April 2008, for
failing to comply with the Regulations under the
Financial Institutions Act of 1999.
Furthermore, the public is notified that the Bank has revoked
the Licenses of the below-mentioned Insurance Brokers,
for non-compliance with the Insurance Act of 1976, and
its implementing regulations of 1985:

Wealth
Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd. (with effect from 27th
September, 2007)
(ii)
DIB
International Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd. (with effect
from 8th October, 2007)
