PUBLIC NOTICE:
The public is hereby informed that the Central Bank of
Lesotho has revoked/cancelled the Insurance broker’s
license of Prosperity Insurance Brokers (pty) Ltd with
effect from 29 October 2009 for not complying with
insurance regulation 19 (2) and (3) of 1985.
Members of the public are urged to refrain from having
any insurance business dealings with the aforesaid
company as it is operating outside the perimeters of the
Insurance Act 1976 and its Implementing Regulations of
1985.
