The Central Bank of Lesotho is inviting bid proposals from eligible person(s) or body corporate for the provision of training services to its key personnel on best practices for the management of documents and records.

1. Bidders proposals should be valid for at least 90 days after the closing date and prices are to be fixed for the entire contract period.

2. Bids bearing no identification of the bidder in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Electronic and Manual Record Keeping” should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception area of Central Bank of Lesotho at corner Moshoeshoe & Airport Roads no later than Friday, 10^th September, 2010

3. Bids will be opened the same day at 14h30 in the Central Bank Auditorium.  Bidders or their representatives who wish to attend are welcome.

4. Certified copies of current tax clearance certificate and traders license must be submitted with the proposal.

5. Bidders are requested to quote in Maloti or Rands only and should be inclusive of 14% of Value Added Tax.

6. Central Bank of Lesotho is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.

7. Bidders must expressly respond to the specifications as stipulated in the advertisement.

Special Notes:

·       Bidders are expected to ensure strict compliance with the above specifications and conditions, failure to do so will result in disqualification of bids.

·         All bidders are advised that a Vendor Exclusion Policy shall apply where necessary.

·        Bidders are to note that the Central Bank of Lesotho shall apply withholding tax obligation when effecting payment.
