The Central Bank of Lesotho invites bid proposals from eligible person(s) or body corporate for the provision of in house training on Employee Wellness.

1. Bidders proposals should be valid for at least 30 days after the closing date and prices are to be fixed for the entire contract period.

2. Bids bearing no identification of the bidder in sealed envelopes clearly marked “In-house Training on Employee Wellness” should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception area of Central Bank of Lesotho at corner Moshoeshoe & Airport Roads no later than 9 July, 2010.

3. Bids will be opened the same day at 14h30 in the Central Bank Auditorium.  Bidders or their representatives who wish to attend are welcome.

4. Certified copies of current tax clearance certificate and traders license must be submitted with the proposal.

5. Bidders are requested to quote in Maloti or Rands only and should be inclusive of 14% of Value Added Tax.

6. Central Bank of Lesotho is not bound to accept the lowest or nay bid.

7. Bidders must expressly respond to the specifications as stipulated in the advertisement.

• Bidders are expected to ensure strict compliance with the above specifications and conditions, failure to do so will result in disqualification of bids.
