The
Central Bank of Lesotho invites bids from category
“B” or “A” contractors or office partitioning
specialist for office partitioning at Lehakoe
Recreation and Cultural Centre.
Tender documents are obtainable from Head General
Services at CBL on payment of non-refundable fee of
M50.00
Tender Conditions
a. A
compulsory site visit is scheduled for
Tuesday, October 3rd 2006 at 10h30 at
the Lehakoe Recreation and Cultural Centre.
b. Bids
bearing no identification of the bidder in sealed
envelopes clearly marked “Bid for the office
partitioning at Lehakoe” should be deposited in
the tender box located at the reception area of
Central Bank of Lesotho at corner Moshoeshoe &
Airport Roads no later than
14h30 Friday, October 6th
2006.
c. Bids
will be opened the same day at 14h30 in the Central
Bank Auditorium. Bidder’s or their representatives
who wish to attend are welcome.
d. Certified
copies of Ministry of Works contractors certificate
(in the case of contractors), current traders
license, Tax clearance certificate must be submitted
with the bid.
e. Bidders
are to quote in Maloti or Rands only.
f. Central
Bank of Lesotho is not bound to accept the lowest or
any bid.
g.
It
shall be mandatory for bidders to comply with the
Lesotho Labour Code Order, 1992 Part VII ( Health,
Safety and Welfare at work)
h. For

Bidders are expected to ensure strict compliance
with the above conditions, failure to do so will
result in the disqualification of their bids.
