The Central Bank of Lesotho invites registered suppliers for the supply of the equipment of the following specifications

• 1 x 4 Drawer Fireproof Filing Cabinet
• 2 x Mobile Filing (1x6 Mobile Filing cabinet and 1x 8 Mobile Filing Cabinet).

Tender Conditions

1. Bidders are required to show (i) validity period of bid (ii) warranty period. 
2. Bids bearing no identification of the bidder in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Supply of office equipment” should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception area of Central Bank of Lesotho at corner Moshoeshoe  & Airport Roads no later than 14:30hrs on Friday, 8^th July, 2011.
3. Bids will be opened the same day at 14h30 in the Central Bank Auditorium.  Bidders or their representatives who wish to attend are welcome.
4. Certified copies of current tax clearance certificate and traders license must be submitted with the proposal.
5. Bidders are requested to quote in Maloti or Rands only and should be inclusive of VAT.
6. The Central Bank of Lesotho is not bound to accept the lowest or nay bid.
7. Bidders must expressly respond to the specifications as stipulated in the advertisement.

Special Notes:

·         Bidders are expected to ensure strict compliance with the above specifications and conditions, failure to do so will result in disqualification of bids.

·         All bidders are advised that a Vendor Exclusion Policy shall apply where necessary.

·         Bidders are to note that the Central bank of Lesotho shall apply withholding tax obligation when effecting payment.
