copies of the Bank’s Annual report for 2006.

Tender Conditions
a)
Bidders must clearly show: i) Delivery period and
ii) validity of their bids.
b) Bids
bearing no identification of the bidder in sealed
envelopes clearly marked “Tender for the printing
of CBL annual report” should be deposited in the
tender box located at the reception area of Central
Bank of Lesotho at corner Moshoeshoe & Airport Roads
no later than 14:30hrs Friday March 30, 2007
c) Bids
will be opened the same day at 14:30hrs in the
Central Bank Auditorium. Bidder’s or their
representatives who wish to attend are welcome.
d) Certified
copies of current trader’s license, Tax clearance
certificates must be submitted with the bid.
e) Bidders
are requested to quote in Maloti or Rands only.
f) Central
Bank of Lesotho is not bound to necessarily accept
the lowest or any bid.
g) For

h) Bidders
are advised that during bid opening, only the name
of the bidders, bid amount and condition (d) will be
publicly announced.
Bidders are expected to ensure strict compliance
with the above specifications and conditions for
their bids to be evaluated, failure to do so will
result in the disqualification of their bids.
