Bids are invited from registered printers for the
printing of 200 copies of the Central Bank of
Lesotho Supervision Department Annual report.

Tender Conditions
a) Bidders
must clearly show, i) delivery period and ii)
validity of bids.
b) Bids
bearing no identification of the bidder in sealed
envelopes clearly marked “Tender for the Printing
of CBL publications” should be deposited in the
tender box located at the reception area of the
Central Bank of Lesotho at corner Moshoeshoe &
Airport Roads no later than 14h30 Friday,
December 19, 2008.
c) Bids
will be opened the same day at 14h30 in the Central
Bank of Lesotho Auditorium. Bidders or their
representatives who wish to attend are welcome.
d) Certified
copies of current Trader’s Licence, and Tax
Clearance Certificates must be submitted with the
bid.
e) Bidders
are requested to quote in Maloti or Rands only and
to include VAT in their bids.
f) Central
Bank of Lesotho is not bound to necessarily accept
the lowest or any bid.
g) For
further clarification bidders are requested to

h) Bidders
are advised that during the bid opening, only the
name of the bidder, bid amount and condition (d)
will be publicly announced.
Special Notes:
1.
Bidders are expected to ensure strict compliance
with the above specifications and conditions,
failure to do so will result in disqualification of
bids.
2. All
Tenderers are advised that a vendor exclusion policy
shall apply. Copies of the policy may be obtained
from the Secretary.
3. Bidders
are to note that the Central Bank of Lesotho may
apply withholding tax obligations when effecting
payment.
