Re-Advertising

Outsourcing of Security Services at Lehakoe Recreation and Cultural Centre (LRCC).

The Central Bank of Lesotho invites bid proposals from eligible person(s) or body corporate for the provision of security services to Lehakoe Recreation and Cultural Centre (LRCC) and other Bank residential houses.

1. A compulsory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday 20 October, 2010 at 9:00hrs.

2. Bidders who wish to attend the site visit are requested to register their names with  Ms Matseliso Ramoabi at LRCC on the 18^th and 19^th October, 2010 by calling the following telephone No. 22317640 or email mramoabi@lehakoeclub.co.ls

3. Bids bearing no identification of the bidder in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Provision of security services to LRCC and other Bank residential houses” should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception area of Central Bank of Lesotho at Corner Moshoeshoe & Airport Roads not later than 29 October, 2010.

4. Bids will be opened the same day at 14:30hrs in the Central bank Auditorium.  Bidders or their representatives who wish to attend are welcome.

5. Certified copies of current tax clearance certificate and traders license must be submitted with the proposal.

6. Bidders are requested to quote in Maloti or Rands only and should be inclusive of 14% of Value Added Tax.

7. Central Bank of Lesotho is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.

8. Bidders must expressly respond to the specifications as stipulated in the advertisement.

9. The Central Bank of Lesotho reserves the right to cancel the tenders before submission/opening of tenders, postpone the tender submission/opening date and to accept/reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.

10. Bidders may note that they are liable to be disqualified at any time during tendering process in case any of the information furnished by them is not found to be true.  The decision of the Central bank of Lesotho in this regard shall be final and binding.

 Special Notes:

 ·         Bidders are expected to ensure strict compliance with the above specifications and conditions, failure to do so will result in disqualification of bids.

·         All bidders are advised that a Vendor Exclusion Policy shall apply where necessary/

·         Bidders are to note that the Central bank of Lesotho shall apply withholding tax obligation when effecting payment.
