The Central Bank of Lesotho invites bids from category “B” or “A” contractors or office partitioning specialist for office partitioning at the Central Bank of Lesotho (CBL).

Tender documents are obtainable from Head General Services at CBL on payment of non-refundable fee of M50.00  

Tender Conditions

       a.   A compulsory site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at 14h30 at the Central Bank of Lesotho.

       b.   Bids bearing no identification of the bidder in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Bid for the office partitioning” should be deposited in the tender box located at the reception area of Central Bank of Lesotho at corner Moshoeshoe & Airport Roads no later than 14h30 Friday, August 26, 2005.

       c.   Bids will be opened the same day at 14h30 in the Central Bank Auditorium. Bidder’s or their representatives who wish to attend are welcome.

       d.   Certified copies of Ministry of Works contractors certificate, current traders license, VAT and Income Tax clearance certificates must be submitted with the bid.

       e.    Bidders are to quote in Maloti or Rands only.

        f.    Central Bank of Lesotho is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.

Bidders are expected to ensure strict compliance with the above conditions, failure to do so will result in the disqualification of their bids.
